Limbang - Attraction 2

Limbang Museum, situated at the foot of 'Bukit Mas', used to be an old fort. A nice place offering plenty of educational exhibitions on the native's culture, tools, weapons and etc. You don't have to travel all the way to those ulu long house to learn about them.

Largely unknown to most people too is the 'treks' near Sungai Bako. Erm... actually it's not really a jungle trek but river trek.. You can basically trace those little streams to its source. I am not refering to the actual river but those little rocky streams nearby.

It's slightly risky..as hardly anyone goes there..the rocks are slippery..and you will be greeted from time to time by spiders..little shrimps would love to 'bite small pieces of food' from your foot.. but all your efforts would be paid off by the splendid view inside..

One huge pitcher plant that we saw near Sungai Bako. Must be very well fed.
